We offer exchange within 15 working days after receipt ONLY for the WRONG SIZE ,or WRONG ORDER or real DAMMAGE of the manufacture or other product listed on our website..

All exchange items must be unused, in their original condition, and with product tags attached. Please send an email to contact@romanianartisans.com before returning the item to confirm the right size is available. If so, please return the item using a track service at your own cost and notify Yrene Concept of the shipment details.

At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pre-ordered items, custom made orders, or vintage items.

Return conditions for custom-made products Custom-made products are not prefabricated, standard, or in-stock products. Custom-made products are made to the express request of the customer, even if the customer wants the product identical to the product presentation image. It is mentioned in the specifications of each product if it is made "to order" or "in stock", for the appropriate information of the Customer. The customer will take into account that the products being adjusted, based on the information received by phone or in writing from the customer, so that they meet the personal characteristics as well as possible, cannot be returned / replaced. These features refer to the customer's size and custom adjustments, the color chosen by the customer, the type of leather chosen by the customer, modification or removal of accessories, shoe thickness (where possible). The customer will consider custom products, after configuration made by him, will be fully responsible for the appearance of the final product, the manufacturer guaranteeing the quality of the purchased product. According to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 Regarding consumer rights Art. 4, the definition applied for these products is “products made according to customer specifications - any products that are not prefabricated, made based on individual options or customer decision”. In the case of custom-made products that do not fit the Customer in size, they can be replaced with an identical product (the same model and the same details), but on the new size requested by the Customer. Products from one model are not replaced with products from another model. However, in certain situations, we reserve the right to refuse the replacement of products that do not fit in size, according to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 Regarding consumer rights Art. 16. c). Because the shoe is designed to fit the customer's dimensions, the number of the shoe may differ from the numbers for the soles, so it is possible that the number written on the sole may differ from the size ordered. This can be influenced by the model of the shoe (sharp, square, round) or the height of the heel. As a result, complaints or returns on the number written on the sole will not be considered. The customer is asked to take into account the fact that the color shades of the products differ depending on the calibration of each device on which they are viewed and may differ from the actual color of the product. for example, nude-beige, pink-nude-dusty pink ... etc). Only situations of extreme difference are considered. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect is noticed (breakage, stain, peeling, unstitching, scratching, etc.), the product will be replaced with a similar one according to the quality standards. Before sending the product it is necessary to send images (pictures) representing the reported defects. Following the return, the product will be inspected to verify the reported defect, and if it is found that the reason for the return is unjustified, the Customer assumes all costs related to transport. The client is asked to take into account the fact that 100% natural skin may have small imperfections or slight variations in shade and that they cannot be considered defects.

Return conditions for products in stock For products in stock, in accordance with GEO 130/2000 supplemented by law 51/2003 on the legal regime of distance contracts on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, "The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract ". If you cancel the purchase according to the above clause, it is mandatory to return the product in the exact condition in which it was delivered, ie in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered and in perfect condition, ie to it was never worn. If these conditions are not met, you do not have the right to request a refund.
